Jobgether SRL in Canada is seeking an Epic BI Report Developer to lead reporting solutions in a large healthcare environment. You will oversee the full reporting lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and support, aligning with revenue cycle, clinical workflows and operational performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health, science, business, IT, informatics, or equivalent experience (5+ years in clinical/business environments).
• Active Epic Cogito certification or accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, healthcare informatics, data management, and reporting.
• Experience implementing, developing, and supporting information systems in large healthcare organizations.
• Hands-on Epic report development, configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and optimize Epic reporting and BI solutions across revenue cycle, clinical, and operational functions.
• Gather and translate business needs into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
• Serve as SME on Epic reporting capabilities, tools, workflows, and data.
• Lead reporting initiatives through project lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
• Develop reports to support operational performance, clinical workflows, revenue cycle initiatives, regulatory requirements, and decision-making.
