Job summary

ProCogia is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to support a client in optimizing and extending their Epicor environment. This role focuses on system configuration, integrations, and enabling scalable data and workflow capabilities.

This is a fully remote role, with the ideal candidate based in BC, Alberta, or Ontario, and working PDT hours. You will be the SME on Epicor, build integrations using APIs, and develop BAQs, dashboards, and reports to support business operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (preferably Kinetic).
• Strong expertise in Epicor APIs, BAQs, BPMs, and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of Epicor data structures and best practices.
• Experience integrating Epicor with external systems (e.g., CRM, data warehouses).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Epicor ERP, including its data model and core architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain Epicor integrations using APIs and external systems.
• Build and optimize BAQs, dashboards, and reports to support business operations.
• Configure and enhance workflows, BPMs, and automation within Epicor.
• Support data extraction and integration efforts to enable downstream analytics initiatives.
• Partner with internal and client stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend scalable solutions.
