Job summary
CHEO seeks a Business Systems Analyst to enhance the Electronic Patient Record and Hospital Information Systems. You will gather clinical workflow requirements, configure Epic modules, and develop real-time dashboards. The role emphasizes data literacy and integration with CHEO’s Data & AI strategy.
Strong SQL and BI skills, plus experience with Epic ecosystem, are required. This is a full-time on-site opportunity at CHEO in Ottawa, with a competitive compensation pay range and comprehensive
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent with demonstrated performance (Essential)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Essential)
- Advanced knowledge of writing SQL queries (Essential)
- Advanced knowledge of BI visualization tools (Essential)
- Bilingualism (French/English) preferred (Essential)
Responsibilities
- Confer with users, managers and clinical leadership.
- Analyze software requirements and impact on workflows.
- Configure and test the system per decisions.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Deliver training and create user documentation.
- Ensure accurate documentation of decisions and configurations.
