Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Epic Clarity Report Writer Analyst/Team Lead to join our Advanced Technology Centers in Canada. You will document current workflows, design new processes, and define detailed product requirements.

You will work with project managers, architects and business analysts to translate requirements into test conditions, support data mapping, and ensure quality across deployments. On-site presence is required at least three days per week in Mississauga or Montreal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college program in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years in Healthcare IT as an Epic Clarity Report Writer Analyst/Team.
• Epic Clarity Report Writer Certification.
• Clinical Data Model Certification.
• Bilingual English/French; English required for interactions with stakeholders across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Document current state workflows and assist with design of new processes.
• Define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Translate requirements into test conditions for UAT and performance testing.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and business analysts to set metrics.
• Support data mapping and data requests with Epic team and Accenture leads.
• Worksite presence of at least 3 days per week; Mississauga or Montreal preferred.
