Job summary

Staffbase is seeking an Advanced Implementation Consultant to drive successful client implementations of our AI-native Employee Experience Platform across Canada. You will lead complex onboarding, ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and training, and partner with Sales for growth opportunities.

Fluency in Spanish is required, and experience with enterprise-scale deployments and cloud technologies is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS solutions across enterprise environments.
• Multiple years on enterprise-scale deployments and deployment cycles.
• Strong functional expertise in business applications and deployment life cycle.
• Proven project management experience and ability to manage stakeholders.
• 2–5 years of consulting experience and 2–5 years of client-facing work.
• Passion for cloud technologies and a customer-first mindset.
• Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.
• Nice to have: communications background.

Responsibilities

• Lead new customer implementations, managing project plans and resources for onboarding and growth.
• Create deployment, change management, and adoption plans for each engagement.
• Communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and effort clearly.
• Build deep product knowledge of Staffbase core products.
• Map customer use cases to Staffbase best practices for enterprises.
• Apply applicable vertical industry and functional best practices to deployments.
• Oversee initial adoption, training, and development of best practices.
• Troubleshoot and triage customer issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope, estimate, and draft Statements of Work.
• Partner with Sales and CSMs to plan integration into the client’s core architecture and future growth.
• Represent the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback for improvement.
