Job summary

Systems & Software, a division of Harris, seeks a Sr Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. You will translate client requirements into solu­tions, configure the software, train users, and support deployments across Canada and the U.S.

This remote role requires up to 75% travel and passport eligibility. You will work with project teams to deliver enQuesta CIS solutions and value-added services, perform analysis, testing, training, and support while leveraging AI tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen experience.
• Experience with electric rate configuration in a CIS billing system.
• Experience with MDM systems and billable read workflows.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and understand client business requirements and apply them to the project.
• Configure software using workflow and business rules to support client processes.
• Work with data conversion specialists for smooth legacy data transition.
• Train end users in remote and classroom sessions.
• Provide subject matter expertise and consulting for project teams.
• Participate in discovery sessions and document current/future state processes.
• Assist data conversion with mapping and validation.
• Draft and execute software testing per best practices and requirements.
• Document training materials and train end users effectively.
• Act as a customer advocate and coordinate with internal teams.
