Job summary

Staffbase is seeking an Advanced Implementation Consultant in Canada to lead customer implementations, align deployment and adoption plans, and ensure a seamless experience across onboarding and growth phases.

You will manage project plans, coordinate resources, and communicate status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders while building deep product knowledge and applying industry best practices for enterprise deployments. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of consulting experience.

• Professional Spanish fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead new Staffbase customer implementations, including managing the project plan and project resources, for onboarding and growth phases.
• Ensure that a plan is in place for deployment, change management, and adoption programs.
• Clearly communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and effort.
• Build and sustain in-depth product knowledge regarding Staffbase core products.
• Understand customer use cases and apply Staffbase best practices for enterprises to these implementations.
• Apply vertical industry and functional best practices as applicable to each customer.
• Establish and oversee the customer’s initial adoption, training, and development of best practices to build a strong foundation before and during the initial rollout.
• Troubleshoot and triage customer issues during implementation.
• Work with Sales to scope, estimate, and write Statements of Work for new projects.
• Partner with Sales and CSMs to plan for Staffbase integration into the client’s core architecture and identify growth opportunities.
• Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on Staffbase improvements.

• We are looking for an Advanced Implementation Consultant to use their delivery and technology expertise for client implementations of Staffbase
• You have worked for several years as a consultant or in other similar roles before and understand the value of nurturing client relationships
• This role is focused on making sure that new and existing Staffbase customers have an outstanding experience adopting the Staffbase platform
• Your job is to see the world from the customer’s eyes and ensure they can seamlessly integrate their content and communications processes into Staffbase
• Lead new Staffbase customer implementations, including managing the project plan and project resources, for both onboarding and growth phases
• Ensure that a plan is in place for each engagement for deployment, change management, and adoption programs
• Clearly communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and effort
• Build and sustain in-depth product knowledge regarding our core products
• Understand customer use cases and requirements, and in turn, apply Staffbase best practices for enterprises to those customer implementations
• Apply vertical industry and functional best practices as applicable to each customer. For more advanced and bespoke packages, there will be other experts delivering functional knowledge and training
• Establish and oversee the customer’s initial adoption, training, and development of best practices to build a strong foundation before and during the initial rollout
• Troubleshoot and triage customer issues during implementation
• Work with Sales to scope, estimate, and write Statements of Work for new projects
• Partner with Sales and CSMs to develop a plan for making Staffbase a part of the client’s core architecture, as well as identifying future growth and expansion opportunities with existing customers
• Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Staffbase can better serve our customers
