Raise in Canada is seeking an Organizational Change Readiness Specialist to support the Smart Grid Portfolio's transformation initiatives. The role is hybrid, with travel to Fredericton, NB as required, and aligned to a December 1, 2026 – November 30, 2027 term.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in change management discipline, such as PROSCI or equivalent.
• Understanding of project management approaches and phases.
• Experience with NB Power change management preferred; NB Power ADKAR methodology.
• Experience providing change management support for technology-based projects.
• 5+ years leading planning and execution of change efforts for technology adoption and digital transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Public Relations / Marketing / Communications, Organizational Behaviour, Business, Liberal Arts, Human Relations, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business to understand impacts of project change and develop a project Change Management Plan inclusive of (Stakeholder Engagement, Communications and Training) to enhance adoption and business readiness to receive project outcomes.
• Develop Change Artefacts and take accountability for the effectiveness of the OCR solution, as recognized through project stakeholders’ readiness/acceptance of the project changes.
• Liaison with NB Power corporate marketing and communications to ensure external communications are planned and executed.
• Execute change management plan during the project.
• Participate in project lessons learned and other continuous improvement activities.
