Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Workforce Advisory – ERP Change and Transformation practice in Canada. You will lead SAP-enabled change programs, drive readiness, and advise senior client stakeholders. The role emphasizes delivering end-to-end change workstreams within SAP projects and growing the practice.

You will manage teams, guide adoption and workforce strategies, and contribute to EY’s methodologies while building long-term client relationships in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of ERP change management experience, preferably SAP.
• PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification (asset).
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of change management strategies for SAP implementations.
• Own and drive business readiness and adoption across the ERP project lifecycle.
• Assess organizational impacts and design workforce transition strategies.
• Guide clients through organizational readiness and role evolution post-SAP changes.
• Lead executive discussions, workshops, and governance on ERP change.
