Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers in Ontario to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments.

You’ll work in a delivery team, partnering with a Deployment Strategist to co-build solutions that go live from day one. You’ll ship real code in production, collaborate with senior engineers, and own components end-to-end while traveling ~25% to client sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.
• Fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and drive adoption.
• Own components end-to-end from architecture to production rollout.
• Develop data pipelines and monitor deployment health and business outcomes.
