Job summary

Ranger AI in Canada is seeking an experienced leader to own technical delivery for enterprise customers, from discovery to production deployment on the Ranger platform. This execution-heavy role partners with Account Owners and Product Managers to guide engagements, act as the primary technical authority, and scope complex data environments.

You will write production pipeline code and ensure customer acceptance benchmarks, while feeding learnings back into product and engineering to build

Qualifications

• 7+ years shipping production backend or AI software in Python/TypeScript/Node.js.
• 3+ years in high-touch, customer-facing technical roles with enterprise accounts.
• Experience leading technical conversations with VPs, architects, and security leads.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production LLM systems and RAG pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise IT and business leaders.
• Serve as the trusted technical counterpart to enterprise stakeholders.
• Architect, build, and deploy production AI pipelines for industrial docs.
• Integrate data sources, ERPs, and document systems with the Ranger platform.
• Define evaluation suites, guardrails, and observability for production environments.
• Identify reusable platform patterns and drive hardening into core features.
