Qualifications

• 5+ years in product mgmt, tech consulting or engagement management.
• Track record owning complex delivery with senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional communication.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt iteration and system constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex voice and agentic AI deployments from discovery to production.
• Lead discovery through stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and data review.
• Facilitate solution design sessions to align scope, requirements, and delivery approach.
• Work hands-on in the Laivly platform: configuration, testing, and integrations.
• Build deployment plans with milestones, owners, risks, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and specialized resources.
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive optimization.
• Turn deployment learnings into reusable patterns and playbooks.
