In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping laboratories, hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, and research environments safe and compliant through testing and certifying critical equipment. In this role, you will develop skills in advanced diagnostics and direct client engagement through structured, field-based training. Travel within the region is required for this role.
Service Delivery-Testing and certifying biosafety cabinets, fume hoods, clean benches, and cleanroom environmentsin accordance withindustry and regulatory standards.Perform diagnostics and minor repairs; elevate complex issues when needed.
Collaboration and communication-Collaborate with supervisors, Regional Managers, and internal teams to ensure quality work andsatisfiedcustomers. Provide excellent customer service when communicating findings to clients, explaining results, and offering guidance on equipment use and maintenance.
Drive to expand skills and knowledge -Commitment to continuous learning through hands-on training, technical development, and ongoing expansion of skills and certifications.
Commitment to Safety -Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a safe work environment for all team members, conducting hazard assessments, and documenting any incidents or near misses.Travel to client sites across the region using safe driving practices.
Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools inpreviousroles.
Past working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, or motor repairis beneficial.
Ability toconductbasic calculations and interpret measurements related to airflow, pressure, and filtration systems.
The understanding of technical documentation, including manufacturer guidelines, StandardOperatingProcedures, and industry standardsincludingNSF/ANSI, ISO,NEBBetc.is an asset.
