Job summary

TTEC Digital in Canada is seeking a Director of Professional Services, Genesys, who will own complex CX projects and lead cross-functional teams of engineers and solution architects. You will manage client conversations, define engagement strategies, and ensure profitable, successful delivery across cloud contact center platforms.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in Contact Center and UC environments, 7+ years of Genesys leadership, and proven ability to present to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams for Genesys Cloud implementations on client projects.
• Owner of end-to-end project success including profitability and customer success.
• Mentor team members and develop client-facing solutions and ROI presentations.
• Review technical efforts across all project phases and influence executive stakeholders.
