Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Genesys Architect call flows and digital channels.
• 7+ years of deploying VOIP phone systems with deep telephony knowledge.
• 7+ years of experience with SSO/SAML and Azure AD provisioning.
• 7+ years of utilizing REST APIs in development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical guidance on Genesys Cloud CX capabilities.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
• Document system architecture and configurations.
