Job summary

TTEC Digital, a leading CX transformation pioneer with 1,800+ employees, seeks a Director Professional Services, Genesys, to manage complex contact center projects and lead engineering teams. You will own client conversations, drive pre- and post-sales activities, and mentor solution architects to ensure successful delivery.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, drive profitability and customer success, and present innovative solutions to executives.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Contact Center and UC environments.
Proven leadership of Genesys projects.
Experience presenting to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop Customer, Business Development, Engineering, Marketing, and Partner Relationships.
Lead technical teams for Genesys Cloud implementations on client projects.
Lead customer requirements sessions both business and technical.
Own end-to-end project success, including profitability and customer success.
Mentor team members and grow capabilities.
Develop and present solutions for client deals and proposal development.
Review technical efforts across project phases.
Explain how the Genesys platform solves business needs.
Deliver the TTEC value proposition and lead CX transformation efforts.
Provide competitive insights and influence executives.
Guide delivery teams with coaching and FinOps-based budgeting.
