Job summary

Miratech in Canada is seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Training Specialist to deliver hands-on end-user training across multiple business units for a large enterprise transformation. You will facilitate live and virtual sessions, convert technical content into structured training agendas, and develop job aids and SCORM/LMS materials with Articulate Storyline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering end-user training on enterprise software and CX platforms.
• Experience creating interactive, scenario-based training using adult-learning methods.
• Experience with SCORM/LMS content; familiarity with Articulate Storyline is a plus.
• WFM training experience (forecasting, scheduling, real-time adherence) preferred.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, scenario-based end-user training for Genesys Cloud CX and WFM across multiple business units.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions with guided practice and real-world scenarios.
• Turn content into structured, timed training agendas with SMEs.
• Validate training readiness, access, data, prerequisites, and configs ahead of sessions.
• Track attendance, feedback, and progress; report to Program Lead.
• Support SCORM/LMS content and materials, including Articulate Storyline assets.
• Create user-facing job aids and learning materials; support Train-the-Trainer.
• Identify training readiness risks and adjust pacing as needed.
