Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Developer to design and deliver complex features across the SaaS platform. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, drive technical design discussions, and set team-wide best practices while mentoring others.

A practical, hands-on approach to agentic AI will help you create leverage in daily workflows and shape scalable software. This remote role spans Canada and the US, with a focus on quality, independence, and collaboration with product and design partners to solve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with .NET/C#/MongoDB or similar.
• Ability to tackle large, complex engineering problems independently.
• Subject matter expert in team features and systems; identify gaps and improve code.
• Promotes technical innovation; evaluates new tools and approaches critically.
• Sets a high bar for code quality via reviews, tests, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own design and delivery of complex features end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Lead technical design discussions; write design documents and surface risks.
• Establish and uphold best practices in testing, quality, and observability; mentor teammates.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to understand customer problems.
• Apply practical AI insights to improve workflows and share learnings with the team.
