As the Manager, Solutions Engineering, you'll lead a team supporting commercial customers and channel-led opportunities across North America. You'll help customers solve complex identity and security challenges by guiding technical discovery, shaping solutions, and partnering with Sales throughout the buying process.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Channel, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver thoughtful customer experiences and strengthen 1Password’s position as a trusted security partner. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Engineering, this role is open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
