Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Customer Success Advocate for a fully remote role. You will guide clients to derive maximum value from our products and drive retention as a trusted advisor from a remote location.

Key responsibilities include onboarding, ongoing engagement, churn risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• Proficiency with CRM software and customer success platforms.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide them through initial setup and product adoption.
• Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, goals, and satisfaction levels.
• Proactively identify and address potential customer churn risks.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvements.
