Carewell in Alberta, Canada is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Associate to deliver top-tier service to family caregivers. You’ll handle inquiries by phone, guide orders, and advocate for our care-focused values while maintaining professional, empathetic communication.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of customer care experience, a strong service mindset, excellent typing and computer skills, and the ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a private workspace.

Qualifications

• Located in Alberta, Canada
• 1-2 years experience in customer care or related service
• Strong service attitude with empathy and ownership
• Ability to complete a 2-week training program and work EST schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service over the phone
• Assist with order placement, reorders, product questions, returns, and website navigation
• Build relationships based on trust and reliability
• Recommend products that best serve customers' interests
• Practice active listening and de-escalate tense interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and use software, scripts, and tools
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
