Job summary

Casa Dolce Casa is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our Home Care Services team in Vaughan, Canada. Flexible availability and travel to clients' homes are required to provide high-quality personal care and support.

The role includes assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and offering companionship. English communication is essential; CPR/First Aid certification is an asset and a police background check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Police background check required.
• Driver's license and car is an asset.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being.
