Job summary

Gorgias is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to own the onboarding process from sales handover through configuration, training, and activation. You will be the first point of contact, guiding merchants to realize the value of Helpdesk and AI Agent.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in SaaS post-sales, strong executive communication, and familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce integrations. You will drive adoption roadmaps and coordinate across teams to ensure measurable outcomes from day

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in SaaS implementation management or similar post-sales role.
• Experience managing 25-30 accounts concurrently with a high degree of autonomy.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence; translate data into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and implementation sessions to drive adoption of Helpdesk and AI Agent.
• Design AI Agent adoption roadmaps and automation rollout plans.
• Manage integrations with the customer's ecommerce tech stack and troubleshoot.
• Drive activation, time-to-value, and cross-functional coordination during onboarding.
• Document interactions and learnings to improve future deployments.
