Job summary

Occupier is a remote-first company aiming to transform lease management with AI-enabled, data-driven activation. We search for a founding Implementation Manager to drive customers from presales through go-live. You will own onboarding, data migration, and stakeholder enablement, partnering with Product, CSMs, and Leadership.

You’ll shape engagement strategies, monitor activation health, and help evolve the onboarding program using emerging tech to reduce effort and improve adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role leading SaaS implementations
• Experience in CRE/proptech/accounting is an asset
• Ability to drive customers proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative team player with strong communication

Responsibilities

• Presales: align scope and define onboarding requirements with stakeholders
• Implementation: lead onboarding, data migration, and configuration activities
• Continuous improvement: optimize onboarding processes and cross-functional workflows
