Our client, a premium DTC kitchen brand headquartered in Toronto, seeks a Social Commerce & Creator Manager to build and run their creator ecosystem, manage TikTok Shop operations, and lead creator partnerships with a focus on delivery and results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing creator, influencer, or social commerce programs for a DTC eCommerce brand.
• Experience running product seeding programs at scale including shipment coordination and tracking.
• Experience negotiating creator partnerships, including licensing and usage rights.
• Hands-on experience operating TikTok Shop, including affiliate programs and sample workflows.
• Strong English communication skills for negotiation with North American creators.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to run multiple workflows remotely.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage creator, influencer, and affiliate programs from end to end.
• Source, evaluate, recruit, and negotiate partnerships with creators aligned with the brand.
• Negotiate creator agreements, including usage rights and licensing aspects.
• Manage large-scale product seeding initiatives with fulfillment and tracking.
• Own TikTok Shop operations, storefront management, and Spark Ads permissions.
• Coordinate creator deliverables and ensure timely content for paid media.
• Work with internal teams to support campaigns and optimize performance KPIs.
• Build long-term relationships with creators while maintaining organized operations.
