Responsibilities

This position is ideal for a legal professional looking for a fully remote role, operating from anywhere in South Africa, with a primary focus on supporting the company's commercial operations and corporate governance needs. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, advising on corporate structuring, and ensuring compliance with relevant business laws. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and can provide practical, commercially-sound legal solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including supplier agreements, partnership agreements, terms of service, and marketing agreements.

Requirements
