Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 10+ years post-qualification experience.
• Extensive experience in commercial litigation, arbitration and ADR.
• Strong understanding of South African civil procedure and substantive law.
• Excellent analytical, advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Experience in cross-border litigation is advantageous.

This is a crucial role within the legal department, responsible for managing and overseeing a broad range of contentious matters. The position is fully remote, offering unparalleled flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within South Africa. Strategically aligned with the operational needs around Kimberley, Northern Cape , you will provide expert legal guidance, develop case strategies, and manage external counsel to achieve optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. A deep understanding of commercial litigation, contract disputes, and regulatory investigations is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct significant litigation and dispute resolution matters across various jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Proven ability to develop and execute successful legal strategies.
