Job summary

HRS Talent Solutions is seeking a remote, detail-oriented Contact Record Update Assistant for a full-time Canada-based role. You will handle routine updates to customer records with accuracy and privacy in mind.

In this introductory position, you will receive training on the employer’s records system, verify changes, leave notes when clarification is needed, and ensure updated records reflect approved information.

Qualifications

• Previous data entry, customer service, or office administration experience can help, but none is required. Applicants with little or no paid office experience are welcome if they can demonstrate accuracy and a willingness to learn. Training can cover the employer’s records system and change procedures. This is an introductory role focused on careful updates, not independent account decisions.

Responsibilities

• Find a customer record using the identifiers supplied in a request.
• Compare the new contact detail with the existing entry.
• Enter approved changes in the assigned fields.
• Check the saved record for spelling, numbers, and accidental omissions.
• Note incomplete or conflicting requests without guessing.
• Send a question or handoff through the established process.
