Job summary

You will review laboratory results, coordinate follow-ups, document actions in EMR, and support referrals while communicating clearly with physicians, patients, and the care team. Qualifications
- Active nursing license in Canada required.
- 3+ years in clinical environments.
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
- Confidentiality and PHI handling per applicable laws.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Remote-friendly with flexible weekend/holiday coverage.
Responsibilities
- Review laboratory results and triage urgent findings.
- Coordinate follow-up with physicians and care team.
- Document actions in EMR.
- Manage pharmacy faxes and refill coordination.
- Assist with patient referrals and scheduling.
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments and care needs.
- Participate in team meetings and optimize communication.
