Gym Member Machine is seeking a Customer Success Manager to elevate client onboarding, ongoing support, and reporting. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, drive retention through proactive outreach, and coordinate with sales on new opportunities.

Remote work is available and the role emphasizes data-driven improvements and client satisfaction. The compensation package starts at CAD 65,000 annually, with potential bonuses and commissions, plus generous vacation and sick leave.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and serve as primary contact for ongoing communication.
• Send scheduled updates and provide timely responses to client inquiries.
• Maintain client retention by planning events, recognition, and proactive outreach.
• Prepare and send monthly reports highlighting campaign results and insights.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with sales for follow-up.
• Develop and refine client retention and referral strategies.
• Monitor outsourced teams to ensure agreed results and adjust as needed.
• Conduct ongoing research to improve services and client outcomes.
