Solink, a remote-friendly software company, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy as it scales beyond $200M in revenue. The role collaborates with the CEO and Board to shape planning, investment, and governance across US, Canada, and international operations.

The CFO will oversee FP&A and Accounting, drive data-driven decisions, and build a scalable finance organization with strong controls and investor relations capability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with prior scale-up CFO experience.
• Proven track record scaling SaaS or technology companies from ~$50M to $200M+ revenue, with experience navigating different exit paths.
• Deep FP&A expertise with strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
• Direct experience with late-stage fundraising (Series C/D/E) or public markets experience.
• Strong command of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, compliance frameworks, and audit oversight.
• Inspirational leader with the ability to develop high-performing finance teams.
• M&A experience across due diligence, valuation, and post-close integration.
• Experience in a Canadian company with US and international operations, including multi-currency and cross-border tax considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Team: Oversee and develop the leaders of Solink’s FP&A and Accounting functions.
• Get Close to the Work: Understand how financial work gets done today and fix bottlenecks.
• Improve Processes and Systems: Document core finance processes and automate where possible.
• Strengthen Planning and Decision-Making: Deliver budgets, forecasts, models and analysis.
• Build Trust in Financial Reporting: Lead close, audit, and reporting cadence with controls.
• Support Capital Strategy and Investor Relationships: Partner with CEO and Board on financing and opportunities.
• Evaluate Strategic Opportunities: Assess acquisitions and partnerships, including due diligence.
