Job summary

Solink is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Operations to lead Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash, owning end-to-end processes from vendor payments to customer invoicing. You will supervise a team, partner with FP&A for accruals, and drive automation to improve accuracy and speed across AP/AR.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, 5–8 years in finance operations, and ERP experience (NetSuite). A hardware-enabled SaaS environment plus multi-entity operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, including 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of P2P and O2C processes and controls.
• Experience managing AP and AR functions.
• Experience leading systems or process automation projects in AP/AR.
• Strong ERP experience (NetSuite).
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a team.
• Strong analytical skills, with comfort reporting on operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication and vendor/customer relationship management skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support invoice processing review, collections prioritization, and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end P2P processes including purchase orders, invoicing, approvals, and payments.
• Oversee the O2C cycle: invoicing, collections, cash application, disputes.
• Lead and coach the P2P/O2C team; collaborate with Tax & Treasury for cash flow.
• Drive process improvements and automation across P2P and O2C.
• Maintain internal controls and report key metrics to finance leadership.
