Job summary

Paperless Parts is hiring for a Canada-focused Account Executive to own a high-potential territory and drive new ARR in a full-cycle SaaS role. You will engage shop owners, engineering leaders, and executives to build pipelines and close deals.

You will work cross-functionally with sales engineering, marketing, and customer success to maximize retention and growth, while traveling to key customer sites and events across Canada.

Qualifications

• Track record of success in B2B full-cycle SaaS or enterprise software sales with quota attainment.
• Ability to self-generate a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts and account mapping.
• Experience executing structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) in multi-stakeholder B2B settings.
• Based in Canada, with preference for Southern Ontario / Greater Toronto Area.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-30% within Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Canada territory go-to-market strategy.
• Lead multi-stakeholder deals from initial outreach through negotiation and closing.
• Proactively build and maintain a qualified pipeline via outbound, events, partners, and inbound leads.
• Conduct discovery to quantify ROI and justify Paperless Parts solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Eng, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth deals and renewals.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate deal stages, and revenue forecasts.
• Represent Paperless Parts at Canadian manufacturing events and customer site visits.
