Job summary

Aramark is hiring a 3rd Cook for Hydro‑Québec, East Baie‑James. The rotation is 15/13 and transport is by plane from Bagotville and Rouyn‑Noranda airports. Salary starts at $24.72 per hour; 70‑hour weeks after 55 hours with overtime at time‑and‑a‑half.

Qualifications

• DEP or equivalent in cooking or demonstrated cooking experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in food service or restaurant operations.
• MAPAQ certification and Hygiene/sanitation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare various foods following recipes and guidelines.
• Prepare the daily menu and respond to operational needs.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment; handle prep work.
• Measure, weigh, mix, chop, cut, and peel ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality service.
• Clean and organize workstation and ensure sanitation standards.
