Job summary

Marqeta is seeking a Product Manager, Business Systems, to own the roadmap for platforms and integrations that power critical business functions. You will bridge business stakeholders and the Business Systems engineering teams, translating operational needs into a prioritized backlog and ensuring delivery aligns with business outcomes.

You will work across Legal, Risk & Compliance, contract lifecycle management (Ironclad), and ERP (Intacct), coordinating with GTM and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in business systems, enterprise platforms, or internal tooling.
• Experience working with Legal, Risk, Compliance, or Finance teams as primary stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce as a business platform; Service Cloud or compliance workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools (Ironclad or similar) and ERP systems (Intacct).
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, able to translate ambiguous needs into actionable work.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for critical business systems.
• Prioritize the backlog with stakeholders and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Lead the Plan and Commit process with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering through the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to adoption.
• Establish and manage change programs for major go-lives.
