Job summary

HRB is seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem with a focus on Sales Cloud. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sustainability teams to drive revenue growth and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce product management, admin, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (certifications preferred).
• Experience delivering CRM product roadmaps and business value.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in sales-driven organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud aligned with business and sustainability goals.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead-to-revenue processes and improve conversion rates.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Manage Salesforce configuration including objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation (Flow, Process Builder).
• Collaborate with developers and external partners on integrations and releases.
• Own data quality, reporting, and dashboard strategy to support forecasting and ESG metrics.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and alignment with best practices.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to drive efficiency and impact.
