Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the Veeva Network team to drive master data integration and data synchronization with Vault CRM, SAP Concur, and other enterprise tools.

You will shape requirements and lead cross-functional delivery across UX, architecture, and QA to ensure a single source of truth for commercial teams. You will guide API specs, data connectors, and middleware logic while partnering with external teams to align on release schedules and data models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in software
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; comfortable querying data
• Able to translate customer feedback and business needs into cohesive product designs
• Strong analytical skills with a drive to uncover the why behind requirements
• Self-motivated and independent, supports product and customers success
• Experience writing requirements specs, managing backlogs, and guiding agile teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High ethical standards and integrity

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end feature development from ideation to delivery
• Synthesize market trends and customer insights into product requirements
• Develop AI features to optimize high-use cases
• Translate business needs into detailed specs balancing feasibility and UX
• Define APIs, data mappings, and middleware logic for integrations
• Coordinate with Vault CRM and external partners on releases and data models
• Present roadmaps and demos to gather feedback and validate方向
