Job summary

BetterCloud is seeking a Product Manager to own the Order Management Systems platform, aligning order capture, settlement and event streams with ERP integration and internal tooling. You will drive the strategy across order-to-settlement and partner with Engineering and Finance to ensure accuracy and auditable flows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Product Management experience in platform/financial systems or order management.
• Experience owning a product line with multi-team influence.
• Strong SQL and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with ERP integration (NetSuite) and event-driven architectures.
• Agile experience and release planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the OMS platform end-to-end including financial aggregation and internal tools.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Finance, Ops, and downstream teams.
• Define settlement, reconciliation, and revenue recognition flows with finance.
• Define event schemas, delivery guarantees, and integration contracts.
• Set and defend the 6–12 month roadmap for Order Management and ERP/Settlement integration.
• Advise executive leadership on platform strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes.
