Job summary

Bimbo Canada is seeking a Sales Analyst, Tools & Technology to support Field Sales across Canada, administering ordering platforms, CRM apps, SharePoint, and related tools. The role focuses on data accuracy, system adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive automation and AI-enabled improvements, work with Data & Analytics for KPI reporting, and contribute to technology-enabled sales processes across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience with business applications, sales tools, or technology operations.
• Experience managing external software vendors or service providers.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, testing, and supporting solution implementation.
• Conversational French would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Administer Field Sales tools and systems, including user access, data, and territories.
• Coordinate data imports/exports, integrations, and business processes.
• Collaborate with vendors on APIs and data exchanges; troubleshoot issues.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for system functionality.
• Support AI-enabled solutions and automation implementations.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to ensure data accuracy and KPI reporting.
