As a Senior Business Solutions Architect, you will translate complex commercial challenges into scalable enterprise analytics solutions that drive better business performance. You will serve as a technical leader for CRM Analytics initiatives, combining business process knowledge, data architecture, and advanced reporting expertise. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and analysts across a global commercial organization. You will lead solutions from requirements gathering and architecture through implementation, governance, and adoption. Your work will help transform data from CRM, ERP, and other enterprise platforms into actionable insights.
