AO Globe Life is looking for a motivated and goal-focused Remote Business Development Manager to help us expand across Canada. If you're good at building relationships and finding new business, this could be a great opportunity for you to work from home.

What You Will Do:

  • Find and connect with new potential customers through different methods.
  • Talk to potential customers about what they need and show them how our products can help.
  • Guide potential customers through the process of becoming clients.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Work with our marketing and customer support teams to find better ways to reach customers.
  • Clearly explain what our products offer and how they benefit clients.
  • Keep track of your activities and progress in our computer system.
  • Stay up-to-date on what's happening in our industry and with our products and services
  • Meet or exceed your goals for bringing in new business.

What We Are Looking For:

  • You communicate well and can persuade people.
  • You are organized, can work independently, and are motivated to succeed while working remotely.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or working with clients is helpful but not required.
  • You are comfortable using computers and online tools to manage your work.
  • You are legally allowed to work in Canada.
  • You are willing to obtain the necessary HLLQP license required for the job. Support will be provided.
