Business Development Manager - Remote

Location: Remote - High Ticket

Job Type: Independent Contractor | Flexible Schedule (Full-time or Part-time)

Seeking a mature business leader with at least 5 years FT paid working experience in a Business Development Manager or Marketing Manager role, who would be interested a time-flexible remote income role in the Personal Development field. Perhaps you're ready to take charge of your life, time, and earnings in a new role with executive-level potential.

About the Role

We are a well-established provider of personal and professional development programs and live events. We’re seeking motivated, self-directed professionals to join us in a flexible, remote capacity. This contract role is suited to experienced individuals who are confident in engaging others, enjoy working autonomously, and are passionate about empowering people through personal growth.

This is a performance-based earning model, suitable for independent professionals ready to take control of their time and outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Represent and market personal development and leadership programs through digital channels.
  • Participate in weekly online development sessions to enhance product and marketing knowledge.
  • Conduct consultations with individuals interested in personal growth and leadership development.
  • Manage your workflow and schedule independently (minimum of 15–20 hours/week).
  • Engage with a supportive professional network and ongoing training.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in coaching, learning and development, training, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Confidence using digital tools, including Zoom, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
  • Alignment with values of personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning.
  • Based in Australia, USA, Canada or NZ.
