Lifestyle Home Products Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Representative / Setter to action leads, nurture relationships and schedule appointments with prospective clients. This remote role requires a week of in-person training in Peterborough, ON, and fluency in English and French.

The candidate should be motivated, customer-oriented and skilled in CRM tools. The role involves multi-channel outreach, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets in a dynamic home

Qualificações

• Willing to train in person in Peterborough, ON.
• Fluent in English and French to apply.
• Experience in inside sales or call center preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to leads and follow up according to expectations.
• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email and social media to set appointments.
• Qualify leads to provide qualified prospects for the sales team.
• Schedule appointments for the design expert and meet daily goals.
• Update CRM with all interactions and maintain records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies.
• Attend weekly coaching sessions with supervisors and managers.
• Participate in daily huddles to address challenges and drive teamwork.
• Meet call center metrics and script adherence.
• Be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
