Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks Canada in Montreal seeks a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic team. Engage with customers via phone, email and live chat, qualify leads, and generate opportunities. Track interactions in CRM and coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate product information.

On-site in Saint-Laurent, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Requirements include bilingual French/English, 2+ years in sales, strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English (required).
• College Diploma is an asset.
• 2+ years sales experience preferred; willing to train.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized with good time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Qualify incoming leads and connect them with the right sales teams.
• Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound calls.
• Track and manage customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and contribute to sales success.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
