Questrade Financial Group in Toronto is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Specialist for Questbank. The role provides support to customers on residential mortgage accounts across email, phone, portal and chat, ensuring timely responses and effective resolution.

You will triage inquiries, identify cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with Underwriting and Mortgage Operations teams while adhering to compliance and privacy policies.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in business or related field.
• Fluency in French and English required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (financial/call center welcomed).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels for residential mortgage accounts.
• Maintain fluency across all account types and identify opportunities to cross-sell related financial products.
• Collaborate with Residential Underwriting and Mortgage Operations on case management and post-funding support.
• Adhere to compliance, privacy and AML/ATF policies and escalate risks as needed.
• Stay informed on industry trends to recommend process improvements.
