Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a bilingual, customer-focused individual for a Full-Time Remote Client Care Representative in Canada. The role supports inbound inquiries in a fast-paced CCC, requiring excellent English and French, strong written skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends within a remote setup.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, and chats, analyzing inquiries, updating records, and maintaining knowledge of products and processes.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree or diploma.
• Experience in a call center environment.
• Strong and developed oral and written communication in both official languages.
• Excellent writing skills including grammar, spelling, and punctuation in both official languages.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Advanced PC knowledge and typing speed (min 25 wpm, 95% accuracy).
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including evenings.
• Ability to adapt to change initiatives.
• Knowledge of Medical, Dental or Disability insurance products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests and inquiries via phone, email, chat with a professional approach.
• Analyze information to determine next steps based on the inquiry.
• Document interactions and update call history; coordinate required actions with third parties.
• Stay current on program information and business initiatives and company processes.
• Promote products and services with strong product knowledge and competitive edge.
