Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of proven B2B outbound business development / outside sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of quota attainment selling contractual services or high-value business outcomes.
• High business and financial acumen: comfortable discussing budgets and cost implications.
• Self-motivated and autonomous: able to structure weekly prospecting and travel.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving abstract for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Territory Ownership & outbound prospecting across Guelph, Milton, Oakville, and Burlington corridor.
• Consultative discovery to identify cost savings and value; build financial cases and proposals.
• Pipeline hygiene and seamless transition of signed accounts to operations for delivery.
