Job summary

Doxim, a leader in customer communications technology, is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to identify prospects, build a pipeline, and drive growth. This remote role reports to the Senior Manager of Business Development and collaborates with Sales and Marketing to expand market reach.

Based in Canada, you will qualify leads via phone, email, and social media, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records while partnering with Sales Executives to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
• Self-motivated with ability to work remotely.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to qualify leads and assess business needs.
• Partner with Doxim Sales Executives to produce an account strategy plans and action them.
• Consistently experiment with new prospecting tactics as a team.
• Be recognized as a trusted advisor to our clients while describing our value proposition.
• Identify and research potential clients through cold outreach and inbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation.
