Responsibilities

• Follow up with provided leads promptly and professionally.
• Ask good questions, listen, and qualify business owners for the next step.
• Book appointments and follow up to help prospects attend.
• Keep clear, accurate notes in our CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve appointment quality.
