Job summary

HireScope, a Canadian recruitment advertising management company, is seeking an experienced B2B appointment setter for a 100% commission-based, remote role. You will reach staffing agencies across Canada and the US, qualify leads, and book discovery calls with our founder.

Location: Remote (Canada). Pay: $100 CAD per qualified discovery meeting; $400 CAD when a referred prospect becomes a paying client. This role starts with a 30-day pilot and could become ongoing based on results.

Qualifications

• Proven North American B2B cold-calling experience.
• Excellent spoken English and professional phone communication.
• Staffing, recruitment, HR tech, or marketing services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cold-call staffing and recruitment agencies.
• Identify and engage relevant decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings with our founder.
• Maintain accurate calling activity and prospect notes.
